No, never. Your employer will only ever receive aggregated anonymised data and will never be able to link any data to you, as an employee. The data will always be processed in line with current GDPR and UK data protection law.

Data will be destroyed in line with the terms and conditions of the sign up.

All projects will differ depending on the requirements of the employer and the aim of the project, but in general employees will need to wear their device a minimum of 70% of the time. Employees will also be asked to answer survey questions as per requirements of the employer at regular intervals throughout the project.

As a third party organisation, GrapheneWorks holds employees privacy and confidentiality with great importance. It is for this reason that as soon as possible data is pseudoanonymised and later anonymised as it is aggregated and presented to your employer.

In the initial email you will receive from GrapheneWorks, which will direct you to register your device, you will also see there is an option to remove your device. This option will remain throughout the project so if at any moment, you wish to opt out, this will always be an easy hassle free option.
